Questions
How do I place an order?
Add pieces to the basket. Then send the basket on WhatsApp.
The basket stays on your phone or computer until you send it.
The order starts when we say yes to the price, the time, and the delivery.
A custom idea can start on the custom order page. That page opens WhatsApp with your note filled in.
What is a shelf piece, made to order, and custom?
Shelf piece: it is already made.
Made to order: it is a design on the site. We make it after you order. The time is on that page.
Custom: it is your own idea. We agree the colour and size before we start.
How long does an order take?
The days on a product are making days. Delivery days come after that.
A small charm is faster than a bag or flowers.
For a custom order, we start after the 50% prepayment.
How do I pay?
This site does not take card payments.
We tell you the total on WhatsApp. It is in rupees, and it includes delivery. We also tell you how to pay.
Made-to-order and custom pieces need a 50% prepayment before we start. That is half the price.
Pay the rest before we pack.
A ready piece is packed when it is paid in full.
Where do you deliver?
We send inside Pakistan.
Near us, we deliver by hand or by courier once the piece is ready.
Other cities go by courier.
We share the slip tracking number only after a courier has the parcel. A hand delivery has no tracking number.
If you are outside Pakistan, ask us before you pay.
Is it packed as a gift?
Yes. Each piece is packed like a gift. A little free surprise is inside.
Can I change or cancel?
Message us as soon as you know.
Before you pay: no charge.
You paid, but we have not bought yarn and have not started: we give the money back.
We bought the yarn, but we have not started: we take out the yarn cost. We give the rest back.
We have started making it: no money back.
It has shipped: no returns.
What if it arrives out of shape?
A delivery bag can squash a soft piece.
Send us a photo. We will show you how to fix the shape.
Will it match the photo?
It is the same design, in the colours we agreed.
Yarn colour can be a little different. Size can be off by a stitch or two.
If the page lists a size, that is the size we aim for.
How should I care for it?
Each piece has its own care note. Open the product page and read Care Instructions. Follow that note.
Do you restock?
We make a few at a time.
Join the email list for new pieces. Or message us if one has sold out. We will say if we can make it again.
How do reviews work?
After your order, we send a private link. You write about the piece you got.
A review goes on the site only from that link. That way we know the order is real.
