Nibbles & Needles makes crochet pieces. We sell them on this site.

On this page, “we” means the shop.

• Your order chat. Your name, phone, address, what you want, colours, dates, and photos. The custom form does not save your note on our site. It opens WhatsApp. The chat starts when you press send.
• Your payment. The amount we agreed, and the receipt you send, so we can match the money to your order.
• Your email, if you join the list at the bottom of the site. We save the email and the date. We use it to send new pieces and offers.
• Your review, if you use a review link. We save the name, the stars, the words, and which piece it is about. Only a review from a real order link goes on the site.
• Your basket and saved pieces. They stay on your device. We do not see them until you message us.

You do not need an account. You do not need a password.

• To make, pack, and send your order, and to answer you.
• To send the emails you asked for.
• To show reviews from real orders.
• To remember what we agreed, if a box is lost.

• WhatsApp holds the order chat. Their rules apply too.
• The courier gets your name, phone, and address so they can deliver.
• The people who host this site save emails and reviews so the site can run.

We do not sell your details. We do not give them to other shops.

Order chats stay in WhatsApp.

Emails stay until you ask us to delete them.

Reviews stay while they are on the site. You can ask us to take one down.

If you clear this site’s data on your device, the basket and saved list go away.
