Shipping and delivery
Every piece is packed like a gift. Making time and travel time are two waits. We tell you both when we say yes to the order.

Where we send
We send inside Pakistan.
Local orders go by hand or by courier once the piece is ready.
Other cities go by courier.
We share the slip tracking number only after a courier has the parcel. A hand delivery has no tracking number.
If you live outside Pakistan, ask us before you pay.
Making time and delivery time
- The days on a product are making days. They start when the prepayment arrives.
- A piece that is already made skips that wait. We pack it once the order is set.
- Delivery days are extra. They depend on your city.
We message you when a piece leaves.
A custom order ships after you have seen the finished colours.
Packing
Each piece is wrapped as a gift. A little free surprise is inside.
Soft toys, flowers, charms, and bags are packed to keep their shape.
A delivery bag can still squash them. If a piece arrives out of shape, send a photo. We will show you how to fix it.
Your address
Send your full address, your city, and a phone number.
Someone needs to be there to take the box.
If the address changes, message us right away. A second try can cost more.
Delivery cost
We tell you the delivery cost on WhatsApp.
It depends on your location and the size of the box.
The price on the product page is only for the piece.
If a box is lost
Message us the day you expected it. Send the tracking update if you have one.
We will ask the courier.
If the box is lost, we make it again or give the money back. That includes the delivery cost.
Once a piece has shipped, we do not take returns. Cancel rules are on the returns page.
