Nibbles & Needles sells handmade crochet pieces.

Prices on the site are in Pakistani rupees. The price is for the piece.

Delivery is extra. We tell you the cost when we say yes to the order. It depends on your location.

The basket is a draft on your device. Sending it is a request. It is not an order yet.

The order starts when we say yes to the piece, the price, the time, and the delivery on WhatsApp at +92 304 2148607.

Photos and words on this site are ours. You can share a link. Ask us before you use our photos for another shop.

Shelf pieces are already made, until they sell out.

Made-to-order pieces follow a design on the site. We make them after you pay.

Custom pieces follow the colour, size, and idea we write down before we start.

Yarn colour can be a little different from the photo. Size can be off by a small amount. That is part of handmade work.

Care steps are on each product page. Follow the note for that piece.

Making days on the site are a guide. They start when the prepayment arrives. Delivery days are extra. See the shipping page.

The price we say yes to in the chat is the price. A later change on the site does not change that order.

A price with a line through it is an old price.

A lower price for buying more counts only if we say yes in the chat.

We do not take payment on this site. We tell you the total and how to pay in the chat.

Made-to-order and custom work needs a 50% prepayment before we start. Pay the rest before we pack.

A ready piece is held for you once we say yes. It ships when it is paid in full.

If the money does not arrive, or we cannot match it to your name, we will ask you before we cancel.

Message us as soon as you want to change or cancel.

• Before you pay: no charge.
• You paid, but we have not bought yarn and have not started: we give the money back.
• We bought the yarn, but we have not started: we take out the yarn cost. We give the rest back.
• We have started making it: no money back.

You can still change a colour or a size in the chat before we start.

After we start, the order stays as it is.

You give an address and a phone number where someone can take the box.

We are in charge of getting the piece to that address.

If a courier loses it before it arrives, we make it again or give the money back, including delivery.

Once a piece has shipped, we do not take a return, a swap, or a refund. The full cancel rules are on the returns page.

A review should be about a piece you got.

We can leave a review off the site if it is about a different order, or if it is unkind to a person.

Follow the care note on the product.

We are not in charge of harm from a washing machine, a snag, a pet, or use the care note warns you about.

Money back is only the cancel money, and only before the piece ships.

We do not pay for a missed party or other loss around the order.

These rules use the laws of Pakistan.

If one line cannot be used, the rest still stand.

We may update these pages. The date at the top is this version.

An order we already said yes to keeps the rules from that chat.

Questions go to the same WhatsApp number. That chat is the record of what we agreed.
